EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ceylon Wholesaler, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before requesting an exchange.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, clearance offers, or with discount codes are not eligible for exchange.
• Due to hygiene reasons, certain products (if applicable) cannot be exchanged once sold.
• Exchanges are allowed for size or colour only, subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size or colour is unavailable, a store credit/exchange voucher may be issued for the value of the returned item.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back for exchange unless the exchange is due to an error made by Ceylon Wholesaler.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

• Showroom exchanges are available only with prior confirmation from the Ceylon Wholesaler team.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange process will typically be completed within 7–10 working days.
